Filed under: Photoshop, Tips & Tricks Misc — Tags: , — Admin @ 5:50 pm

If you are having trouble selecting objects in your Photoshop file and having to search through the layers pallet to find objects it may be because you have not setup the Auto select option. By default Photoshop does not have these settings enabled. If you can’t select an object using the select tool try the following:

1. Ensure your layers pallet is open. Go to Windows in the top menu and select Layers or use the shortcut (F7).

2. To do this tick the Enable Auto select box and choose Layers from the dropdown menu option. Now you will be able to click on an object and move them around quickly.
